Not Selling Homes.
Selling Belonging.

I collaborated with Creative Producer Natalie Hogg from Method Q to bring Sarah Gillespie's story to life. Sarah isn't just a realtor. She's a guide to the North Georgia lifestyle. She's someone whose family roots run 200 years deep in Rabun County. Her connection to the land is personal.

As Creative Director, my role was to craft a visually compelling narrative that goes beyond the typical real estate video. Through a blend of documentary storytelling and cinematic visuals, we positioned Sarah not as a saleswoman, but as someone who genuinely knows this place, the people in it, and what it means to belong here.

200 years of family roots. One day to capture what that feels like.

We spent the entire day in Clayton bringing her story to life. From scenic drone shots over the mountains to heartfelt sit-down interviews, we captured the essence of Rabun County and the community she loves. The blend of aerial cinematography, natural light, and intimate moments gave the film its emotional range.

The final piece captures her connection to the land, her expertise, and the unique charm of Rabun County. A brand story that lets Sarah's clients feel her before they ever meet her.

Rabun County — Blue Ridge Mountains
The Second Character

Clayton,
Georgia.

"You don't sell a home in Rabun County. You introduce someone to a place that will change them."

The land is a character in this film. Sarah's story doesn't work without it. So we shot Clayton the way it deserves to be shot: Blue Ridge Mountains, golden hour light, quiet main streets, a general store that's been standing longer than most brands have existed.

Aerial cinematography over the mountains. Natural light through the trees. The rhythm of a place where nothing is rushed.

You can't sell belonging with drone shots alone. But you can build a brand film where the audience believes the land is worth belonging to.
