The Basics
Izzy & Co. Studio LLC ("we," "us," "our") is a filmmaker-led brand content studio based in Atlanta, Georgia. This policy applies to any information collected through our website at izzycostudio.com and any communications you send us directly.
By using our website, you agree to the terms of this policy.
Information We Gather
Information you give us directly: When you fill out a contact form, book a discovery call, or send us an email, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and any messages you send us.
Information collected automatically: When you visit our site, we automatically collect standard web analytics data — including your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and how you arrived at our site.
Cookies and tracking pixels: We use cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience and understand how our site is used. This includes:
- Google Analytics — to understand site traffic and behavior
- Google Ads (Google Tag) — to measure conversions and retarget visitors with relevant ads on Google, YouTube, and partner sites
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel — including Automatic Advanced Matching, which uses hashed customer data (like email addresses) to attribute conversions and improve advertising performance
- Session cookies — for basic site functionality
Why We Have Your Info
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and communicate about potential projects
- Provide our creative services if you become a client
- Improve our website, offerings, and marketing
- Run and measure our advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta and Google
- Send you updates or content you've opted into receiving
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Ads on Meta & Google
We run advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube). To measure the performance of these ads and show you relevant content after your visit, we use the following tracking tools:
Meta Pixel: Tracks visitor activity on our site to attribute conversions and enable retargeting on Meta platforms. We have Automatic Advanced Matching enabled, which means when you provide us with information like your email address, that data is hashed (encrypted) and sent to Meta to help match your activity to your Meta account. This improves ad attribution and enables more relevant retargeting.
Google Tag (gtag.js): Tracks visitor activity to measure Google Ads conversions and enable retargeting across Google Search, YouTube, and the Google Display Network.
You can opt out at any time through your Facebook Ad Preferences or Google Ad Settings.
Third Parties
We share limited information with trusted service providers that help us run our business:
- Bloom — for scheduling discovery calls, contracts, and invoicing
- Google (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager) — for website analytics and advertising
- Meta (Facebook, Instagram) — for advertising and retargeting
- Email providers — for communication
- Payment processors — when you become a client
Each of these providers has their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
What You Can Do
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we have about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information
- Request that we delete your information
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@izzycostudio.com.
How Long We Keep It
We only keep your personal information for as long as it's needed for the purposes described in this policy — or as required by law (tax, accounting, contractual obligations).
For client work, we typically retain project-related information for up to 7 years to comply with tax and business record requirements.
Under 18
Our services are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we've collected data from a child, we'll delete it.
